Since July 2021, we have been checking every new house we build using an airdoor.

The check will be carried out by independent specialists from the Research Institute of Efficient Energy Technologies

This method of house inspection is active, due to the creation of pressure-discharge inside the house envelope and various wind loads by installation. It allows to detect 100% of hidden active (already developed) and passive (which may manifest in the future) thermal technical defects, as well as to control the air permeability (infiltration and exfiltration points) of air through enclosing structures, insulation, wind protection, windows, doors, and all constructive joints.

In Europe, this check is mandatory when handing over a house for operation.
