With each client we have an individual approach to construction. At the stage of acquaintance with us, we do not want to mislead you with sweet prices on the site, which in the end will not converge with reality. Therefore, to understand the cost, it is necessary to carry out a procedure of two simple steps:
- Approximate estimate. At this stage we will make a preliminary calculation of the project you like on our site or your own project and explain the cost. (The approximate cost of the projects in a particular set is shown in the table below). Approximate estimate of uncomplicated project has a margin of error of +/- 5-7%.
- Estimated cost of the project. If the approximate assessment of the project passes your budget, then it will be necessary to make the architectural section of the project (AS), taking into account all your wishes, through which you get a full estimate of the construction, which then enter into a contract for the construction. As a result, you will understand exactly what is included in the construction budget and what you pay for.
